The polycarbonate tall throwing gauge with two arms has soft rubber ‘fingers’ for easy and precisely setting into position to enable consistent production to the same dimensions.

These gauges are made from super-tough polycarbonate that will not delaminate, the end pointers are made from soft rubbers ‘arrows’ that will not damage your clay.

To use the gauge position the engraved base in a known position (a datum point) on the Discus Studio Shelf or on your stand.

The wing nuts, bolts & washers are made from long-lasting stainless steel.  The height is 440mm (17¼”) each arm is 420mm (16½”) with 30mm (1¼”) rubber ‘arrows’ the solid base is 120 x 110mm x 10mm (4¾ x 41/3”).

The red Sizing Callipers, when fully opened to measure up to 220mm (8½”) internal and external dimensions– really useful for achieving consistent pot wall dimensions.  Overall size 305mm (12″)
